Delete account
Delete your Affilmart account from the dashboard or mobile app, or send a request if you cannot sign in.
You can delete your Affilmart account from the dashboard or the mobile app after you sign in.
How to delete your account
1. Sign in on the website dashboard or in the mobile app.
2. Open Settings, then Delete account.
3. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
4. The account is closed immediately. You cannot sign back in.
If you cannot sign in, send the form on this page. An administrator will review the request and remove the account.
What is removed
Your login, profile, KYC files, payout details, and app access. Wallet, order, and commission records needed for audit may be kept as required by the platform.
Pending withdrawals are cancelled when the account is deleted. Remaining wallet balance is closed and is not paid after deletion.
