Delete account
You cannot delete your own account. Send a request and an administrator will remove it.
Accounts are removed only by an administrator. This protects wallets, commissions, team records, and payment history.
How to request deletion
1. Sign in if you still can, or enter the email you registered with.
2. Send the form on this page. Ask clearly to delete your account.
3. An administrator reviews the request and deletes the account from the admin panel.
What is removed
Your login, profile, KYC files, and app access are removed when the administrator deletes the account. Wallet, order, and commission records needed for audit may be kept as required by the platform.
Pending withdrawals or unpaid commissions may be settled or closed before deletion. If you have an open payment or withdrawal, mention it in your message.

Members cannot erase an account themselves. An administrator deletes it after reviewing this request.
